Fashion Marketing, and Communication at the University of Chester

Students on the BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing, and Communication (FMC) course are busy promoting their marketing and promotion coursework on social media. A new course here in the Department of Art and Design, FMC is an exciting mix of marketing, branding and communication activity directed at the needs of the fashion industry. Students are learning the marketing and branding DNA of key fashion brands while designing trend report magazines, trend analysis boards and presentations.

 

Students have worked with local fashion photographer and stylist, Kat Hannon, on a live brief, with one student joining her to style a live fashion shoot. Students have just returned from Paris to visit the Premiere Vision trade show and the MODA trade show at the Birmingham NEC.
