The next step of your University of Chester story

It’s not long until the start of term, and we’re busy planning all the induction activities you’ll be getting involved with once you arrive.

Enrolment

Towards the end of August you’ll receive a welcome pack in the post telling you how to enrol online before you arrive, and then how to complete this process once you arrive here.

Your welcome pack will also direct you to look at the Pre-Arrival Student Site (PASS) to find out about the activities during Induction Week, and information about the University and local area. Be sure to read through it all, it’ll give you a good opportunity to plan your first week with us.

Academic departments

As part of Induction Week, you’ll spend two days with your academic department(s) getting to know your subject, tutors and other students.  You’ll be able to see details of the activities on PASS from the end of August.

Fairs and social events

There will be plenty going on during Induction Week to keep you entertained, from Freshers’ Fairs to film nights, The Hunter Games to trips out, and of course all the nights run by the Students’ Union;   line-up to be announced.

To keep up-to-date with what we’ve got planned, why not follow us on social media?
