Welcome to your new Business School
The University of Chester is pleased to announce the multi-million-pound investment of a new campus and facilities for the University of Chester Business School and its degree courses from September 2015. So if you're studying Accounting and Finance, Business Studies, Business Management and Entrepreneurship, International Business, Events Management, Marketing, or Tourism, you'll be able to enjoy a prestigious new campus!
New staff, new campus, new name
New and existing members of staff from the Faculty (pictured outside Churchill House) recently visited the campus on an away day, signalling a brand new era for the Business School and Faculty.
In March we had a huge fireworks display held at the new campus as part of the University's 175th anniversary celebrations. We had music from a student band and the fireworks display was organised by the professionals behind the displays for the 2012 Olympics.
Furthermore, it is now official…our new campus in Handbridge is to be called Queen’s Park Campus!
The campus has a strong history, including formerly being a bank, as well as a historic army Western Command headquarters during the Second World War. Our campus buildings Churchill House and Bridge House are a fitting place for Chester Business School students, training to be the strategic decision makers and managers of the future.

Opening for business soon!

Fabulous on-site catering facilities that include a Starbucks ‘grab-and-go’ cafeteria, and a top-floor brasserie-style dining room with a balcony and picturesque views over the River Dee.
The two campus buildings will feature the most up-to-date learning facilities, including:
- student-friendly learning zones
- a dedicated business library
- large lecture theatres and seminar rooms
- open-access computer suites containing the latest IT equipment
- quiet areas for study in learning pods and student development rooms containing snug-style seating areas.
